2022 TOS

please read over these terms before contacting me for a commission; after paying, you are acknowledging that you agree to the terms listed here.

  • Turn-around time of 2 weeks-1 month

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

  • I will NOT do business with minors nor will I work with those buying on behalf of minors

  • I do an ID check to confirm that those commissioning me are in fact 18 or older

  • Be patient with my turn-around time. Each day is designated for a certain commission type; if the wait is too long, there is an option for a rush fee.

  • I will only give out 100% refunds if the piece has not been started. Otherwise, the refund will be less due to the time taken to work on it thus far.

  • You are NOT allowed to sell a character for more than you paid for it, unless other art has been commissioned of the character! Using the design to gain a profit is not okay.

  • If you would like a wip and haven't received one in a certain period of time, please let me know and I'll be happy to provide one if I haven't already.

  • You may repost your commissions so long as you tag/credit me when posting.

  • Do not claim credit for my work, or you will be blacklisted.

  • You may not use my art for commercial purposes.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are taken through PayPal unless otherwise stated by me.

WILL NOT

  • feral nsfw

  • cub p/rn

  • humans

  • anything pertaining to racism, homophobia, pedophila, etc.

make note of the following:
1) rush fees are a case-by-case fee; depending on my queue length, this fee may be more or less.
2) Additional characters are +$25 of the base price.
3) Complexity fees vary from +$15 to +$40 depending on the character in question.
